Shipping & Delivery Info
We are proud to offer FREE Shipping Worldwide via ePacket! Please note that we require 3-7 working days on average to process your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery times are between 10 to 20 business days. Please note holidays can also impact delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive either a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, contacting a tracking ID and a link which you can use to follow the journey your order. To track your order you can message our customer support team at Enlivenfy@gmail.com.
Wrong address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to process the order as quickly as possible, so there is a small window before the order is being process. Lost/Stolen Packages
Enlivenfy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, If your tracking information states that the product has been delivered to the stated address but you have nit received that package, report the issue to your respective carrier with the tracking information of the package.
